Keeping with Bottega Veneta’s longstanding history of creative collaboration in producing the brand’s advertising campaigns, Tomas Maier turned to Swedish film-maker Axel Lindahl to capture the raw yet sophisticated sensuality of Bottega Veneta Pour Homme through his wholly limitless approach. Shot on location in New York City, the first men’s campaign of its kind reflects Lindahl’s talent to create innovatively original and impactful imagery. By creating a film, a series of frames with intense focus on its subject, Tomas Maier’s vision of Bottega Veneta Pour Homme cinematically emerges as a genuine moment of absolute confidence and timelessness, ultimately lending itself to the still.
The interior of the Maison was conceived and designed by Tomas Maier, Bottega Veneta Creative Director, to center upon the idea of lightness. Lending to the overarching luminosity of the space is the presence of large windows, balconies, and a glass-encased courtyard surrounded by vaults and columns in Montorfano stone, with a fountain at its center. Overall, the aim was to reflect the complete identity of Bottega Veneta in the country where the brand has its roots, in a location that both honors and represents the beauty and discretion of Milanese architecture.

The new store represents an addition to the historic flagship located at Via Montenapoleone 5, thus becoming the second Bottega Veneta boutique in the heart of Milan’s high-fashion district.
